Adrian Crump

Adrian is an experienced and seasoned practitioner in business and management accounting. He started his working life as a cost clerk for Needle industries, before gaining wide experience and knowledge of different businesses and sectors. This included leading the management team of a small business through from significant debts to profitability and eventually a successful retirement sale. His final position before starting out on his own was that of group management accountant for a group of five companies with a combined turnover of £5 million. He has 27 years of practical, hands- on experience and expertise in business challenges, solutions and processes. Adrian is co-founder and director of Millstone Partners Ltd.

Vicky Craske

Vicky has worked in a variety of senior finance and management accounting roles for major organisations including National Grid, Massey Ferguson and OpenAccounts – a leading accounting software and consultancy company. With a degree in economics and experience in teaching accounting up to HNC level, her areas of expertise include analysing, improving and setting up accounting and finance systems, Excel and Sage for management reporting, and professionalising investment proposals and loan requests. Vicky is also a co-founder and director of Millstone Partners Ltd.
