Hosted accounts

We’re now offering an optional new service where we host your accounts for you for greater security and peace of mind. We call it Millshare. For an affordable monthly service charge, your accounts are held on our secure, external servers – with password-protected access via a web portal, and automatic backup of all transactions. At present this service is based on Sage accounting software.

This allows you the flexibility to manage the parts of your accounts system that you want to maintain control over – while allowing us to manage and control the rest. This makes for an open and transparent partnership between ourselves and our clients.
